A tasteful vegan banana bread with a fantastic moist crumb and sweet flavor of banana and a hint of vanilla. The banana bread is based on the Neutral vegan cake blend which can be used for a large variety of inspiring soft cakes. You only have to add vegetable oil and water to the blend and you are ensured a uniform and stable batter with a high viscosity. For more inspiration just add fresh berries and fruits.

MOIST BANANA BREAD WITH CHOCOLATE CHUNKS
1,000 g CREDI® Cake Vegan Neutral
200 g Vegetable oil
400 g Water
400 g Bananas
WORK DESCRIPTION
Crush the bababas in a bowl and add the cake mix, oil and water. Mix for 5 minutes on low speed using a flat beater. Scale off the batter at 350 g into a bakin tray/tin 158x55x50 mm. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and dark chocolate chunks on top of the batter. Bake at 180 °C for approx. 35 minutes the last 5 minutes with an open damper.
