Our gluten free whoopies with creamy filling are a small bite from heaven. A nice crunchy and creamy experience at the same time. Add your own favourite flavour of filling and creamy custard.
We have developed more variety with existing premixes to give you more possibilities to create delicious solutions based on just one premix. Here the whoopies are based on the sponge cake premix which is a 100% premix where you only have to add egg and water and you will get a stabile and easy to use batter.
RECIPE
GLUTEN FREE WOOPIES
1,000 g Credin Gluten Free Sponge Cake Plain
400 g Egg
350 g Water
PROCEDURE
Whipping time: 8 minutes at high speed using a whisk
Weight: Pipe out appropriate whoopies on a baking sheet using a pastry bag
Oven temp.: 170°C
Baking time: Approx. 10 minutes
Tip: For a tasteful dark whoopie you simply add 50 g of cocoa powder to the recipe.
