Gluten free softcake with icing

Simply the best gluten free soft cake with a tender, moist and delicious sweet taste. You can easily add your own personal touch just by adding different flavours, fruits, chocolate chunks and use it for any desired soft cakes such as bananabread, carrot cake and much more. Her pictured in a small portion size, but can also be baked it in a standard sized tin. 

 

This soft cake is a 100% premix and very easy to use. You only have to add egg and water to the premix to create a stabile batter.

 

RECIPE

GLUTEN FREE SOFTCAKE WITH ICING

1,000 g Credin Gluten Free Soft Cake
250 g Egg
200 g Water

 

PROCEDURE

Mixing time: 5 minutes at medium speed using a spatula
Weight: 350 g per soft cake
Oven temp.: 170°C
Baking time: Approx. 40 minutes

 

Tip: Heavy icing and a little decoration on top easily add an exclusive and personal touch.
