Gluten free sandwich bread

This delicious sandwich bread is actually based on two of our popular premixes; the baguette premix and the soft kernel bread premix. If you combine the taste, kernels and moistness from our soft kernel bread premix with our shapable baguette premix, you get the perfect dough for sandwich pieces.

 

Top the sandwich bread with different kinds of seeds and kernels to create more delicious varieties. And add you choice of favourite filling to create a tasteful fresh sandwich.    

 

Both premixes are 100% mixes and very easy to handle. As you only have to add yeast, oil and water to the premixes.

 

RECIPE

GLUTEN FREE SANDWICH BREAD

600 g Credin Gluten Free Baguette
400 g Credin Gluten Free Soft Kernel Bread
40 g Yeast
20 g Vegetable oil
620 g Water

 

PROCEDURE

Kneading time: 10 minutes at low speed in spiral mixer
Dough temp.: 27°C
Weight: Roll down to 12 mm and cut into sandwich pieces, 8 x 16 cm. Brush with water and decorate with seeds
Proving time: Approx. 50 minutes
Oven temp.: 250°C reduced to 200°C
Steam: Normal at insert
Baking time: 18 minutes

 

Tip: Top the sandwich bread with different seeds and grains to create varaiton.
