The perfect choice for a small snack on the go or as a little treat in the lunch box. It is very easy to more varieties just by adding your favourite filling. Just add shredded ham or shredded chicken and different spices before rolling the swirls.
The pizza swirls are based on the soft dough mix. The soft dough is a versatile product which is very easy to handle. It is a 100% premix where you only must add sugar, salt, yeast, oil and water. The dough is easy to roll down and shape.
RECIPE
PIZZA SWIRLS
1,000 g Credin Gluten Free Soft Dough
80 g Sugar
10 g Salt
40 g Yeast
960 g Water
40 g Vegetable oil
Pizza sauce
PROCEDURE
Kneading time: 2 + 2 minute
Add oil to the dough and knead for further 1 minute
Dough temp.: 26-28°C
Scaling weight: Roll down To 4 mm, add pizza sauce and roll into swirls (2.5 cm)
Proving time: Approx. 40 min
Egg wash before baking
Oven temp.: 230-220°C (deck oven)
Steam: Normal at insert
Baking time: Approx. 15-20 minutes
Tip: Brush the pizza swirls with egg wash for a nice golden color. The swirls are also delicious with cinnamon filling and topped with icing.
