Donuts are a real American classic - and is now seen in many bakeries. Our gluten free donut is a yeast-based dough which is shaped and fryed in oil. The deep frying gives donuts the characteristic golden surface and taste. The donuts can be decorated in various ways with sweet icing, chocolate and nuts.
Our soft dough is the base for this donut and is a very versatile product for both sweet and savory specialties. The soft dough is eaily shaped into donuts and is a 100% premix, where you only must add sugar, salt, yeast, oil and water to create the perfect donut.
