Our gluten free pizza crust is a premix for light and crispy pizza bases and a hit for creating a "classic" Italian pizza. Add your own favourite topping to create a delicious and yummi pizza.
The pizza dough is very easy to handle and is based on a 100% premix, where you only have to add yeast, oil and water. Just remember to mix the dough well. In that way you ensure that the dough texture is easy to handle. If you roll the pizza dough thin you get a delicious crispy crust.
RECIPE
CRISPY PIZZA
1,500 g Credin Gluten Free Pizza
100 g Vegetable oil
32 g Yeast
850 g Water
Add your own tasteful topping
PROCEDURE
Kneading time: 3 minutes at high speed using a spatula
Dough temp.: 26-27°C
Weight: 250 g per pizza crust. Use a rolling pin to flatten and shape the dough
Proving time: 20-30 minutes
Oven temp.: High temperature 235°C
Baking time: 10-15 minutes
