Gluten free burger bun

Burger buns with a soft crumb structure and very easy to eat - and delicious. The nice and moist buns will make it easy to create a greasy burger. Just slice up the burger bun and add your own choice of filling and you have a delicious and tasteful burger. Or create small sliders by shaping your burger buns half size.

 

The burger buns are based on the soft dough mix. The soft dough is a versatile product, very easy to handle and is a 100% premix, where you only must add sugar, salt, yeast, oil and water.

 

RECIPE

BURGER BUNS

1,000 g Credin Gluten Free Soft Dough
80 g Sugar
15 g Salt
80 g Yeast
475 g Egg
475 g Water
40 g Vegetable Oil

 

PROCEDURE

Kneading time: 2 + 3 minutes. Add oil in the end of mixing time
Dough temp.: 26°C
Scaling: Roll down to 9 mm. Cut by Ø10 cm
Wright: 90 g per bun. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Proving time: Approx. 45 minutes
Baking: Approx. 14 minutes at 210°C (rack oven)

 

Tip: Top the burger buns with your choice of seeds.
