Gluten free brownie with nuts and chocolate chunks

Brownies are fantastic for desserts but can also be a tasteful treat for the afternoon tea or coffee as well. We can recommend our gluten free brownie - it has a perfect moist core and intense flavour of chocolate. Here we have added chocolate chunks and nuts to the batter to create more flavour and variety.

 

The brownie premix is a 100% premix. It is very easy to handle you just have to add egg, oil and water to the premix. And if you want more variety just add chocolate chunks or nuts.

 

RECIPE

BROWNIE WITH CHOCOLATE CHUNKS & NUTS

1,000 g Credin Gluten Free Brownie
75 g Egg
160 g Vegetable oil
190 g Water

Chocolate chunks and nuts

 

PROCEDURE

Mixing time: 3-4 minutes at low speed using a spatula. Add nuts and chocolate chunks into the batter at the end of the mixing time
Weight: 400 g per brownie, mould 18 cm, hight 3.5 cm
Oven temp.: 170°C
Baking time: Approx. 30-35 minutes

 

Tip: Combine the brownie premix with our soft cake premix or muffin premix and you will get a delicious dark and intens cake.
