The classic Rye bread is a Danish signature bread and is often characterized by being a dark bread with whole grains and a slightly sour taste.

 

We have created a tasty gluten free Soft Kernel bread with gluten free sourdough and various seeds. To give the bread flavour and a moist crumb we have chosen to enrich the premix with gluten free sourdough, sunflower seeds, pumkin seeds and linseeds.

We have developed a gluten free Baguette with a fantastic open crumb structure and tremendously softness. The baguette premix contains gluten free sour dough, which gives the Baguette a unique and tasteful bread flavour and smell. It has a nice crispy crust, an authentic baguette look and a long freshness. Furthermore, we have added vegetable fibre to the baguette mix.

 

The premix ensures an easy and effective production and is designed to various production equipment.

The dough is very easy to handle and has a nice texture, which make it is easy to roll out and to shape into your favorite cinnamon rolls or buns filled with nuts, chocolate chunks and dried berries.

Just add chocolate chunks, chopped nuts or spices to create more tasteful varieties. 

 

The premix ensure an easy and effective production and is designed to various production equipment and suitable for both rolling and piping. The batter can be stored in the cooler for a couple of days after mixing.
